Job Description : The Cake House is hiring for our store in Needles! Born from a calling to supply the veteran community with a trusted medicine combating the effects of PTSD, reduce chronic pain, nausea, and many other common ailments effecting Veterans and civilians a like, we are excited to grow our team, and are looking for a talented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team!The Inventory Control Specialist will review and monitor inventory levels and restock the store when needed so the aesthetics is kept up all while providing outstanding customer service.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Conducting beginning of day and end of day inventory data entriesFulfilling online pick-up and delivery orders in a timely and efficient mannerEnsuring sales floor is consistently replenished and properly stockedMaintaining a clean and organized work environmentParticipating in all periodic physical inventory audits, as scheduled by the companyOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: *Prior retail sales experience, Cannabis experience a plusActive Program TrainingStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional customer serviceFlexible work schedulePrior work on computer and with sales software*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to exchange accurate information, detect/identify documents and the information contained in them, continuous mobility throughout the store on a daily basis, lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis, stoop, kneel, and crouch on a daily basis and climb a ladder and maintain balance on a daily basis.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $23.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountPaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayNight shiftOvertimeWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Inventory: 2 years (Preferred)Computer: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
