Job Description : Candidates must be located in the greater San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Philadelphia area. Salary range 80-95K (varies depending on experience and location)HumanGood is rapidly growing and looking to fill an IT System Analyst position. This position will focus on supporting the HumanGood IT standards focused on our field technologies such as mobile device programs, conference room standards, futurization/modernization of POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) lines, Multi-Function Device/Print Solution Standards, and remote worker Technology standards to optimize productivity.The IT System’s Analyst position is responsible for designing/implementing productivity enhancement, cost effective, and reliable field technology standards at HumanGood’s twenty life plan communities and approximately one hundred affordable housing sites. The team is nimble. We enable our success by keeping the technology simple and focusing on providing a great end-user experienceWhen you join the HumanGood Information Technology Community Support Team at the System Analyst level, we assume you have a broad understanding of community/office/field technologies. Experience in IT support, program/project management and acting as a business liaison/partner are a must. Also, you must have experience in managing enterprise solutions focused on Multi-Function Device/Print Solution agreements, managing/supporting Mobile Device programs and POTS modernization efforts. Additionally, the qualified candidate will have a solid background of end Point standards, conference room technology and standards and help standardize work-from-home/remote worker standards at HumanGood.Since we are a large organization supporting almost 13,000 residents, we take pride in our ability to support the employees that support our residents.
