This will be a critical job focused on developing and presenting forecasts and key insights to leaders as they make impactful business decisions. As a Lead Forecasting Manager, you will be critical to the team as we achieve our business goals. You should be organized, strategic, detail-oriented and feel comfortable working with executives in a fast-paced environment.

You are creative, big-picture focused, thoughtful, and grounded in economic returns. You project confidence and can easily take over when your boss is double-booked and needs you to sit in for her/him. You’re comfortable with “white space,” are comfortable with the unknown, and can structure ambiguity into deliverables that everyone can understand. You’re a team player and a self-starter who can work across teams with multiple stakeholders. You’re comfortable looking at industry trends, competitive dynamics, financials, and enjoy working on a diverse scope of ideas. You love technology and getting “hands on” to understand new technologies, proof of concepts, and capabilities. Accountability is your middle name, and you’re here to finish what you’ve started. You’re a developer of succinct, presentable data-informed narratives, and you’re always a step ahead—formulating answers to solve problems we can’t yet see on the horizon. Communication is a strong suit for you, and you don’t leave people guessing about the next step. You have a strong sense of urgency. On day one, you’ll be ready to galvanize our work. Your old boss will be devastated when you leave.
Our Lead Forecasting Manager’s earn between $95,500.00 – $190,900.00

KEY PROJECTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, update, and distribute official AT&T Wireless subscriber forecasts for current month and quarter on a weekly basis, and longer-term forecasts throughout the year
Provide key insights into trends impacting results versus forecast
Prepare forecast projections, reporting and insights on an ad-hoc basis in support of promotion initiatives, device product launches, and competitive actions
Present forecasts and analyses of key findings to partners and leaders
Ensure accurate measurement and reporting on key performance indicators using defined criteria
Engage cross functional teams
