Job Description : We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on fabricator and leader.The ideal candidate would be – first and foremost – a true artist. They would have a solid understanding of three-dimensional form, composition, and color. They would also have a broad knowledge of materials needed to execute a wide range of conceptual ideas. The position requires leading and growing our scenic team – which includes scheduling priorities and assigning daily tasks.All candidates would have experience in the following:Managing a team of artistsExecuting within a budgetThree-dimensional problem solvingReading & understanding SCALED shop drawingsSculptingPainting (scenic, air brush, theatrical)Mold making/castingGeneral fabricationThe best candidate will:Love solving problems/puzzlesBe an optimistLike working as part of a teamPortfolio and references requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hourBenefits:401(k) matchingHealth savings accountPaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Cincinnati, OH 45245: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Hands on, Professional: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
