Reporting to the Director of Talent Operations, this position will oversee and manages the operational aspects of ongoing enterprise TA Operations initiatives and serve as liaison between the Workday project team, the sector TA leadership and surge teams, and the Corporate Talent team. This key role will lead a team focused on the improvement of Workday TA capabilities, hiring process efficiencies, compliance, reporting, new process adoption, and the Continent Worker Solutions talent strategy.
Senior manager that will lead the TA Operations team within the broader Talent Operations team
Drive operational cadence for TA operations in collaboration with the TA Ops leads and the TAC
Partnership and management of Workday TA and Onboarding workstream
Streamline and continuous assessment of hiring processes aligned to Workday functionality
Provide consultation and shaping of TA operational and Workday change management materials and products
Participation in HR tech committee
Identify and strategize Enterprise TA projects for business outcomes
Provide oversight and direction for the CWS Talent Strategy tied to driving more diverse talent pools through suppliers and execution of existing statement of work
Basic Qualifications:
Track record of managing and executing large-scale HR or business projects and initiatives with mult-level stakeholder groups
Dynamic and executive briefing skills
Experience with training or agile or project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous HR or TA operations experienced desired
No degree required. Remote location optional.

Salary Range: $141,300 USD – $211,900 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
