Job Description : TM Acquisitions is a premier brand marketing firm that has been rapidly growing due to our innovative, solution-oriented marketing team! We’ve recently expanded into the Stafford area and are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position will support the marketing and sales team to assist the creation of brand marketing initiatives and outreach strategies for our client. The Marketing Assistant will work directly with our clients to find the most fundamental ways of marketing their services.The main goal is to assist the Senior Marketing Manager with the creation and execution of a brand marketing campaign tailored to the goals and initiatives of our client. We work with expanding brands and household names to reach their marketing goals and brand ambitions. Someone in this role would use our organized training techniques to make promotional advertising more seamless for our partners.Essential Functions of the Marketing Assistant: Build brand marketing campaigns and drive sales revenue through various local marketing and outreach efforts to promote services and further educate consumers on our clientsManage campaign development and setup between channel leaders and Marketing teamSupport the marketing and sales department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing campaignsEnsure a consistent and concise message to consumers by attending daily client meetingsMaintain a positive attitude, and promote the company image by focusing on sustaining client relationsAcquire new clients by engaging customers with a welcoming demeanor and developing a sense of trustContribute to establishing goals, strategies and tactics to assure operational business goals are met and sales revenue is being generatedEducation & Experience Needed: BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Ability to work well with a team or individually.1-2 years of Marketing or Promotion Experience.Able to have critical conversations with team members on daily/weekly/monthly evaluations when needed.Efficient communication skills both verbal and written.A go-getter attitude and a “can-do” mentality.Have an ambitious and creative mindset.Preferred Skills: Love meeting new people.Be honest and have integrity for others.Enjoy fast-paced environments and thrive in commotion.Confident & outgoing.Possess a strong student mentality and always be open to learning.Have impeccable time management.Ability to Use Positive LanguageAccountabilityJob Type: Full-timePay: $42,000.00 – $48,000.00 per yearBenefits:Professional development assistanceSchedule:8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Temperature checks daily and a minimum of 6 feet of distance at all times.Work Location: Multiple Locations
