The Joy of Skin Renewal.Position Description: As RéVive’s Marketing Associate, you should demonstrate a strong passion and knowledge of the skincare category and be an avid and enthusiastic consumer of skincare. This person will manage skincare projects across product categories and disciplines.We are a small, entrepreneurial brand with an impeccable legacy & loyal following that is aiming for quick growth. This role will support the Marketing Team in the planning and execution of brand storytelling, product launch planning, and marketing strategy, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Project management and ability to work with multiple internal and external contacts is essential.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Identifying market trends and opportunities to further the brand’s objectives· Build upon the brand’s scientific heritage to concept and develop new product launches· Manage launches and ongoing programs, keeping ahead of deadlines and deliverables for all aspects of new product development, from concept to STT, within COG guidelines and budget.· Manage day-to-day communication with cross-functional teams including Creative, leading copy, translations, and artwork review· Work closely with Director and Finance to identify accurate forecasting benchmark and track program success post launch· Manage, maintain, and work to improve COGs and profitability at all times· Review SRP strategy for new launches and regular goods, paying attention to discontinuation exercises bi-annually· Keep on top of competitive launches and trends, conduct competitive analyses, review new product launches, and create presentation materials as needed· Analyze competitive and internal data to utilize as tool in seasonal planning and as needed· Drive creation of internal presentationsSkillset Includes: – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relevant experience- 1-3 years of experience in Brand Marketing- Brand-side, beauty industry and/or luxury experience preferred- Strong analytic skills- Self-starter with extreme attention to detail and follow-through- Excellent project management and organizational skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
