The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent cross-cultural communication skills, as well as excellent writing and copy-editing abilities. Affiliation with Salesforce.com is strongly desired along with strong social media knowledge.Responsibilities:· Contributes to marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.· Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and campaigns for each service and directing promotional support.· Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.· Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.· Provides marketing information by answering questions, creating presentations, and responding to both formal and informal requests for information.· Track the effectiveness of content to support marketing communication objectives· Provide copywriting/editing as needed for marketing collateral, digital advertising, social media, speaking abstracts, and PR· Support company efforts to improve brand consistency and awareness· Develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal personnel across all functions of the organization· Participate in weekly meetings; prepare agendas and minutes as neededCompetencies:· Self-starter that is resourceful, creative, and capable of handling multiple projects at one time and meeting deadlines· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while efficiently and effectively managing competing priorities· Excellent oral and written communication skills· Strong organizational skills· Plans, prioritizes, and organizes work effectively to produce measurable results· Assesses situations accurately and determines appropriate actionMinimum Requirements:· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related· Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry· 5+ years of experience in progressive marketing communication roles.· Fluency across multiple social media platforms· Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Zoom Info, Salesforce· Expert use of MS Office SuiteJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)Social media marketing: 3 years (Preferred)Communication skills: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
