Job Description : Medical Clinic Inc is an Internal Medicine and Allergy Clinic located in Honolulu/Kailua/Aiea. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and experienced medical assistant to add to our team. We are urgently hiring for this position.The duties include but are not limited to:Front Office:- Assist with answering our busy phones and taking messages for physicians.- Greet patients as they check in to our clinic and obtain their information.- Check out patients and schedule upcoming future appointments.- Prepare medical chartsBack Office:- Obtain patient medical history, vital signs, medication dosage and frequency, and allergies.- Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient care.- Charting on EMR systems.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Health insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
