A lovely elderly Gentleman in NYC is seeking a Butler/Houseman to assist with his evening routine.
Duties:
Overnight care for Principal (** sleeping space for overnights, as only required to be up & active when Principal is up and active **)
Must be a confident Driver
Driving to and from events
Very light housekeeping such as dusting on the odd occasion
Packing/unpacking for trips
Navigation assistance around the home
Assistance with home electronics (ensuring they are all in working order)
Turn-down service for Principal
Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Maximum discretion
Previous verifiable experience is essential
Flexibility
Clean driving licence essential
Formal Butler training & experience is desired – certification ideal
High level of professionalism, understanding, and attention to detail with a dependable nature
Good with electronics, i.e. iPads, etc – must be able to navigate these on behalf of Principal
Working hours: 2x week NIGHTS 7pm-9am, and Fri-Mon throughout – 7pm Fri-9am Mon (with reasonable breaks)
Salary offered: UP TO $70,000.00 per year + healthcare stipend
Accommodation offered: N/A to start (however, accommodation can be provided in the near future)
Starting date: ASAP
