We are looking for the right individual to fill the Full-Time position of Office Manager at our brand new office in Arnold PA. A qualified candidate will be computer savvy, great at multitasking, personable and articulate. If you think you’d be a great fit, continue reading!-Responsibilities-Answering phones calls and emails from customers and directing them to the relevant staffFilter leads that come through by phone, website, social media, etc.Enter new customers and leads into the company CRMAdmin role within the company’s CRM, including monitoring and updating job progress, coordinating data with management and field personnelOrganize and schedule meetings and appointments for sales staff and company personnelSubmit and run company payroll weekly (Quickbooks Online)Audit timesheets for accuracyLight Bookkeeping-Entering payments, categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, etc.Accounts Receivable-Invoicing-Collecting payments either through Quickbooks Online or collecting paper checks gathered from company employeesAccounts Payable-Issuing and recording payments to subcontractors, 1099 employees, and vendorsMaking sure all of the company licenses and insurances are currentWork with managers to create and review financial reportsOrder and maintain an inventory of office suppliesLight HR duties-New hire paperwork-Onboarding subcontractors-Keeping track of employee PTO and benefitsOther miscellaneous office administrative duties-Skills-High school diploma or equivalentComputer proficiency and experience with Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc.Clear and articulate communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to learn different software implemented by the companyTime management skills-Ability to set and work off of a schedule/calendar-Ability to multitask and prioritize workHighly organized and motivatedBasic bookkeeping experience preferred2 years office experience preferredCompany provides supplemental training in all systems and processesPay commensurate to experiencePositiion is Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 with 30 minutes allotted for lunch. 40 hours per week.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 – $28.00 per hourBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceRetirement planSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Arnold, PA 15068: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
