Position : Office Administrator
Job Description : What you can expect: As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for both various administrative activities and coordination of assigned processes. Your day can vary from scheduling, data entry and admin support for various departments, responding to phone calls, emails and communicating between departments. This is a hands-on role with a wide range of responsibilities.Salary: $50-55K + PLUS 2 weeks’ paid vacation, great benefit packages, 401K with company matchDetails of the role: Support customer service with admin support and data entry.Support the shop with data entry, parts inventory management, and additional admin supportSupport safety and compliance with data entry and record managementSupport the office with supplies needed to function on a day to dayManaging the driver clothingAssist and cross train in driver pay related issues with billing, payroll and operations departmentsMonday – Friday (9 Hour Shift)Who you are and what you bring to Skelton: As an energetic self-starter who has 3-5 years of administration and documentation support experience.
