Job Description : Wynmoor Community Council, a large senior condo community in Coconut Creek is looking for an office clerk . Apply today!It is temporary assignment with the possibility of a turning into a permanent job. Responsibilities Include: Execute the daily office and general administrative functions for the associations affairs office.Answer the office phone and manage in person contact.Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, and confidential records.Create documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails.Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.Managing digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email correspondence.Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.Skills: Must be very organized, possess very strong computer skills and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and privacy.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Possess effective customer service skills.Able to work independently, prioritize and use excellent judgement.Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.Two (2) years of clerical experience preferred.Wynmoor offers competitive compensation and benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off and a safe harbor 401(k) plan.This is full-time position Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.Candidate will need to complete a background check and pre-employment drug test.Please submit resume to be considered for this opening.COVID-19 considerations:We follow all Broward County local ordinances related to COVID-19EE0/DFWPJob Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: $13.00 – $14.50 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:We follow all Broward County local ordinances related to COVID-19Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Clerical: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
