We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented office coordinator to join our team! You will coordinate various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly at all times.
What you will be doing:
Manage vendor relationships and completion of their projects.
Order, pickup, setup and takedown of weekly catered lunches.
Maintain inventory of kitchen and office supplies.
Ensure assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use
Mail out New Customer packets.
Aid in the onboarding process by setting up new hires with the correct badge, equipment, and system access along with offboarding terminated employees.
Support leadership with company events (town halls, quarterly activities, etc.).
Work with head of HR to plan for future growth of the company with office layout and utilization.
Reception and guest support. Greeting and seating candidates for onsite interviews.
Other duties that may include but are not limited to: maintaining a clean office, mail and courier services, landlord relations and management of building access passes, safety and security support.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities/office management, or property management. Corporate, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous.
Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations.
Self-motivated; confident, energetic and flexible.
Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the position including bending, squatting, stretching and lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. (Though on occasion a 50+ pound lift may be required).
