Candidates with human resources management experience in medical device industry is preferred, salary negotiable.Position Type:Full-timeFull Position Description: LCCS is looking for an applicant with excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking skills. The goal is to manage the tasks assigned by the CEO, maintain the company’s management system and manage human resources. Led by example, establish strategies to motivate employees and methods to objectively measure their contributions.Contribution: Responsible for supervision, management and assessment of tasks assigned by the CEO.Responsible for the establishment of rules and regulations of the company, timely formulation of relevant management systems; build, promote, refine management system of company.Establish regulation and rules for the use of documents and contracts.Follow up, inspect and supervise the implementation of management system, solve and report any issues in time.Responsible for the management of administrative files and personnel files to better support administrative and personnel management work.Responsible for the recruitment, management, development of human resources and personnel cost budget and control; Streamline different department operation; Manage the total payroll while achieving reasonable staffing requirement.Formulate and supervise the implementation of employee salary, labor protection and medical insurance and etc. management system. Audit and approval of salary, vacation and various kinds of leave.Responsible for personnel training, assessment, reward and punishment, and assist in position appointment, removal and deployment.Hold regular work meetings, arrange, check and summarize work regularly, improve the administrative and personnel management level and business skills, and ensure that all work tasks can be completed in time.Other tasks assigned by CEO.Experience:5 years working experience as office Manager or 5 years working experience as general manager assistantFamiliar with the contribution and responsibility of each position in medical device sales operation company is preferredInformation management system establishment experience is a plusSkill:Clear minded, strong sense of responsibility;Good execution and communication skills;Strong writing skill, able to write workflow manual and staff manual;Familiar with official document writing format, with basic business letter writing skill;Knowledge: Bachelor degree or aboveProfessional knowledge of human resources, administrationSchedule: Monday to FridayWork Location: ArizonaJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Peoria, AZ 85382: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)Administrative experience: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
