Job Description : TouchMath is expanding and we are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our internal and remote employees. This position will ensure the general operations of order entry, data collection for these orders, batch processing, and release of customer orders. You will work together with our warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to prioritize tasks, set daily and weekly delivery goals, and support our customers. This position is an essential part of the smooth daily operation of our business, reports directly to the Director of Operations, and is based out of our Colorado Springs headquarters.About TouchMathTouchMath is a K-12 multisensory math program that makes critical math concepts appealing and accessible for students who struggle to understand grade-level content. We believe in the power of education to transform lives and you do too!Specific Responsibilities Include: Order processingProcess, invoice, track all customer orders, returns, and exchanges. This includes logging booked sales in Salesforce.com as needed.Enter and monitor orders in the ERP system, working with the fulfilment team to select orders daily for pick/pack/ship.Receive purchase orders and update the order entry system with the correct bill to / ship to informationWork with sales on contact information for billing and deliverySystems management and reportingMonitor basic functionality of ERP system, electronic data interchange (EDI) connections, shipping software, e-commerce interface, etc. and alert/follow up with IT support of any problems.Keep up to date on all new systems updates and teach others how to use them.Generate reports and other informational support for CEO and Sr. Leadership as needed.Keep sales team updated on current inventory levels and pricing changesSupport and BackupCall customers to correct Purchase Order issues. (Example: incorrect product numbers, verify email address, etc.)Answer customer service calls or chats when Customer Service needs additional help.After training, provide back-up to the Bids and RFP processParticipate in Operations Team meetingsOccasionally provide introductory information to new customers and ensure that customers are satisfied with products or servicesTroubleshooting common issues with a product or serviceWork with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutionsRequirementsAssociates or business equivalent of 3+ yearsMust be very comfortable with technology. Experience providing support for websites, software, etc a real plus!3+ years of experience in customer service (online or phone customer support)Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRMPrior experience using NetSuite or AccumaticaDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timelinesAbility to work both independently and thoughtfully/collaboratively as part of a teamHow we workWith others.
