Our Order Selectors work to win! They are the industrial athletes of the Beer Business and strongly contribute to the success of our business in the market.What You’ll Do: You will operate a double ride-on electric pallet jack and build pallets for the next delivery day. Each order selector picks approximately 2,000 cases of beer per night. This is an extremely physical and fast paced environment. As we said, we are the industrial athletes of the beer business!Let’s Talk Numbers!Crescent Crown Distributing believes in rewarding hard work with a pay-for-performance system. You will earn $19 per hour starting day one. Our Order Selectors’ hourly rate increases based on their speed and accuracy. You can earn up to $29 per hour for your performance.Here’s What You Need: High school diploma or equivalent preferredOne (1) year of previous warehouse experience preferredPrior food/beverage, or other similar fast-paced order picking experience is desiredVoice-pick experience is very desirablePromotes and observes safety and security procedures, uses equipment and materials properlyAbility to maintain and operate a ride/walk pallet jack, including frequent mount/dismountAbility to regularly lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and occasionally push/pull over 100 lbsRequires fast-paced repetitive lifting of 25-35 lbsAble to regularly bend, reach, stoop, and walk throughout warehouseJob Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 – $29.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayNight shiftOvertimeLanguage:English (Preferred)Shift availability:Overnight Shift (Preferred)Work Location: One location
