Position : Part-Time Customer Care Specialist Make Your Own Schedule & Work From Home
Job Description : Are you a customer service-oriented person looking for ways to make a steady income from home??
We are seeking energetic, service, and career-oriented people to join our fast-growing company. The right candidate for this position will be responsible for serving as a first point of contact for customers, responding to inquires/requests, resolving customer issues, and delivering excellent service through inbound phone calls. This is a great opportunity to join Careington!
MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE:
Careington wants YOU to make the choice of when and how many hours you want to work as long as the schedule is available!
Select thedays you want to work > Monday, Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday
Select thestart time for the shift for each day you selected >8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, noon, 1pm, 2pm
Select thenumber of hours you want to work for each day and shift > 4 hrs, 5 hrs, 6 hrs > maximum of 28
Example: Tues, 10am, 5 hrs; Wed, 9am, 6 hrs; Thurs, 11am, 6 hrs = 17 hrs for week
Confirm your selections with your interviewer the availability of your selections
The Role:
Starting pay – $15.00/hour. Employment + Earned Paid Time Off (PTO) & Company match 401k!
Work from your State of Texas location with our company provided equipment, training and software.
Manage high-volume inbound service calls
A professional, helpful phone manner and the ability to build strong customer relationships is vital for success
Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player
A good understanding of quality customer service principles is necessary for this position
Meet all company goals for Quality Assurance and Schedule Adherence
Education, experience and software:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have the desire to help others and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Good computer skills and experience with MS applications – Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Must provide in-home WIFI that meets Careington’s connectivity standards
This opportunity requires a background check and drug screen.
