Job Description : Requirements for HireMust be available to work weekends.Summary of PositionAs a part of the Party and Event staff you will be monitoring parties and events in the family entertainment center, varying roles based on scheduling. Our parties will mostly consist of birthdays, but can also include graduation nights, team building events and so on.We want you to ALWAYS have fun with the customers while maintaining a safe and clean environment.We are looking for hard working employees that like to have fun and enjoy working with children! See below for responsibilities and more details.Party & Event Staff ResponsibilitiesMust follow safety and cleaning protocolsSet up, clean and keep party tables/rooms organized and well stockedGreet and check parties in, assist with waiver completionAdhere to strict party schedule, keep party moving along smoothly and on timeAccompany the party you are hosting during all attractions they have bookedEnsure that the party receives everything included in their package or any special add-ons/requestsHelp serve food, beverages, and cake to the party guestsMake sure there is adequate space/seating for all party guestsExplain rules and policies to the party when neededAfter parties, clean up trash, room, and any debris left behindMake sure all party gifts and belongings have left with the partyCreate a fun and energetic party experience for all customers!Complete opening and closing dutiesQualificationsMust be available to work weekendsWillingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.Prior customer service experience preferred, but not requiredCommunicate clearly with supervisors and with customersAble to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8+ hours).Additional Information**Part-time job: 5 – 40 hours a weekJob location: Arena Sports Mill CreekAll candidates must undergo background checkVisit our website to learn more about the company www.arenasports.netJob Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountSchedule:Weekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payTipsCOVID-19 considerations:We have a cleaning and sanitizing schedule for the facility.
