Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities : *Point of contact for human resources, RMG, delivery and practice.Maintain operational data and publish to leadership teamTrack utilization parameters, prepare weekly/monthly updates for DU HeadCreate /close hiring request in SuccessFactors and in hiring Tracker ( For clients and Internal ). Single point of contact for escalations and issues/others during the hire process.Archive SoWs, POs, and timesheets, client approvals, and important communication for complianceMaintain dashboard of headcount, resignation, project exits, new joiners.Capture action items of weekly status meeting and follow up with concern stakeholders for the closure.Provide ad-hoc reports /dashboard based on the need to leadership teamProvide revenue forecast to leadership team on weekly basis, maintain cost trackersFollow up with employees for timesheet submission on time.Job Type: Full-time
