The office manager oversees its respective center, teams and processes that are essential to our success. Build a knowledge base across all disciplines.Provide a strong culture of continued education and training for all staff members. Manage, develop, and coach PCRs, MAs, X-Ray Techs and Lab Technicians.Strong focus on full accountability of center SOP compliance through consistent auditing and follow through at center level.Achieve monthly center goals set forth by Corporate and KPIs established annuallyTrack to financial goals and patient satisfaction goals, including but not exclusively: Financial balance collection, point of service collection, inventory tracking, auditing check in and check out procedures, patient satisfaction, etc.Ensure Staffing, Medical Supplies and Office Supplies are beneath guidance figures noted belowPromote a culture of positivity and help build a company that has long-term sustainabilityObtain high levels of patient satisfactionsa. Goal is a net promoter score above 80% Medrite JD Site Manager 2021b. All patient messages resolved within 24hrs and patient updated daily until resolved10. Achieve smooth running center level operations and site level autonomya. Minimal provider and staff complaints. Patient concerns resolved in the moment.b. Center should be able to run autonomously daily with majority of problems resolved independentlyc. Create a positive and respectful center environment.d. All labs followed up on to ensure 18 hours or less results deliverede. Collection reconciled and deposits managed per SOPf. Know MA and PC role sufficient to fill in as needed due to call outs or staffing issuesg.
