Job Description : Title – Procurement AgentLocation – Media, PAHours – Standard M-F Hours. First 90 days are in the office 5 days a week, after the training period, work schedule will be 3 days in the office, 2 days WFHSalary – $75k-$85k + bonusBenefits – Full time, permanent role, with benefits and PTO.Our client, a manufacturing company located near Media, PA, is seeking a Procurement Agent, which will report to the Supply Chain Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity, and you are hired as an employee directly for the company.***Please note, COVID vaccination is required unless you have a documented medical or religious exemptionResponsibilities- Strategic sourcing and management of assigned supplier categories- Manage supplier risk through compliance of company procedures- Oversee supplier negotiations including bid documents, RFPs, and collecting bid proposals.- Update vendor price lists as needed- Meet with key suppliers periodicallyExperience- A completed bachelor’s degree or higher is required- 5+ years in a procurement and sourcing role- Must have experience using SAP- Must have strong communication skills and attention to detailPhysical Requirements- Ability to sit for long periods of time, in an office setting- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds· If offered the role, you will need to complete a background check and drug screening.· At this time, sponsorship is not being offered for this role.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Media, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):What categories do you currently purchase and what categories have you purchased in the past?What is your current COVID vaccination status?How many years of experience do you have using SAP (ERP system)?Are you comfortable working onsite, in an office, 3 days a week?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location
