Job Description : Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Record and maintain manifests on-site and in the client’s database and reviewing all information for accurate recordsSchedules customer appointments for delivery, shipment or bothPublish daily production and forecasted schedules for plant operations and coordinating with the Plant Manager to determine progress of treatment and capacity to accept additional loadsAnalyze past and present data to generate reports and create more effective schedulesMaintains records of production data, including volumes of inbound and outbound materialResponsible for making decisions on accepting and rejecting material after consultation with the Plant Manager and the clientAccurately recording data in the databaseHelp maintain records for regulatory agenciesAssist with plant operations as needed including, but not limited to load/unload and mud plant operationsPerforming other work-related duties as assigned*Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)*Associates degree in business, engineering, science or at least 5 years of management/dispatch experienceHave a working knowledge of the operation, methods and procedures of a water treatment plantMust have a good command of the English language, both written and spokenStrong phone communication and customer service skills*Physical Demands and Work Environment*The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Employee will be required to sit for long periods of time. Work irregular hours in peak production cycles and emergency situations. Employee may be asked to work in hazardous conditions surrounded by loud machinery and dangerous chemicals. Proper safety equipment is provided and will need to be worn at all times.
