If so this might be the place for you.We are looking for a candidate that has a similar enthusiasm as us for working on environmental and community issues, someone with a track record of achieving results and a constant desire to learn and grow.The skills we are looking for:An exceptional eye for detailSuperior knowledge of the English language, including spelling, grammar, and punctuationThe motivation to work on their own, manage changing priorities, and to meet deadlinesAn ability to stay focused throughout an entire document, which may be long and technicalAn ability to synthesize the content of government document/requests for proposals, and summarize the key pointsGood judgment and the ability to determine which changes are necessaryAn ability to work within the style of the creative and brandExcellent interpersonal skills to build working relationships; ability to negotiate delivery times due to competing deadlinesMust be computer literate. Must be able to mark up changes using Adobe Acrobat tools, as well as work in Word or Google docs.The workflow is likely to be uneven, so hours may be irregular. They may need to work longer hours when a project is at a critical stage.
