Job Description : The role of the Real Estate Analyst will require the ability to assist with identifying potential focal points, identifying & thoroughly researching all possible opportunities within the focal points, and gathering all zoning & development requirements applicable to the identified opportunities.Our Story: In 1955, two Georgia neighbors opened up a restaurant that would change the world. All open 24-hours a day, seven days a week.What you’ll do: External ManagementProperty OwnersQuickly develop a rapport and relationship with sellersGather objective intelligence on the property such as surveys, utility locations, environmental assessments, restrictions, etc.Gather subjective intelligence on the property such as pricing expectations, ownership dynamics, motivations/pressures to sell, etc.Permitting AuthoritiesQuickly develop a rapport and relationship with permitting officialsObtain an understanding of the development requirements that will be imposed on the property & identify potential hurdlesObtain an understanding of the approval process and the timeline associatedInternal ResponsibilitiesMaintain an open dialogue and provide weekly updates to the Director of Strategy & Analytics regarding the research status of assigned focal points.Provide clear, thorough, and actionable information on all potential opportunities within an assigned focal pointClearly relay findings to the Director of Strategy & Analytics and the Real Estate Director once a focal point has been thoroughly vettedProvide intel support to the Real Estate Directors as they navigate through the negotiation processWhat we’re looking for: Detail-oriented and thoroughWell-versed in navigating GIS programs and zoning/development codesStrong communication skills and the ability to connect easily with peopleStrong understanding of real estate and site developmentIdeally, shows the potential to progress into a Real Estate Director roleBachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Construction, Real Estate, or any related field, preferredCompensation Range: $65,000-$75,000/ yearWe are a strong, growing company dedicated to our Customers and Associates.
