Job Description : Position Title: Inventory Systems Analyst Reports to VP of CulinaryExempt, Remote with some travel or company meetingsWhat You’ll Do: The Inventory Systems Analyst position supports restaurant leadership and MRC Restaurant Support with culinary software systems and related reporting and analytics. These duties include weekly inventory issues, maintaining various inventory software systems, and ensuring overall integrity and calibration. The position will help facilitate accurate culinary systems, inventory cost reporting, and sales mix data while supporting the restaurants and restaurant support team through analysis, resolution of issues, support, and positive proactive communication.Support our teams as they work to change the way the world eats! Answer inventory questions, partner with the culinary and supply chain team of one of the most forward thinking teams in the industry!Accountabilities:Update, organize and maintain Compeat inventory software to support accurate COGs analysis and reporting, order accuracy, and inventory valuationsUpdate, organize, and maintain Monkey Media catering software to ensure recipe accuracy and accurate calibration with other systemsWork closely with IT and Finance teams on management & organization of Brink database, providing support with organization and change management, while ensuring needs of other systems are representedProvide weekly inventory count and variance research assistance to restaurant teams and Area Directors; respond to support requests through additional investigation and verification of backend recipes and systemsProvide support with ongoing inventory variances, ensuring all systems and recipes are correct and liaising with Training, Culinary, and Operations departments to further research and address store level processes if neededAnalyze and work to diminish system-wide inventory variance issueSupport operations team through inventory and ordering reporting and other ad hoc analysisResponsible for promo code programming and publishing to help with accurate accounting in CompeatWhat You’ll Need: Experience with back office inventory and accounting software, esp.
