Job Description:
As a Runbook Process Expert, you will drive the process transformation within the Finance domain, provide expertise to support the operational teams, drive continuous improvement and monitor the performance of the RUNBOOK operations.
Responsibilities
Process Ownership
The RUNBOOK BPE will be the owner of a number of sub processes within the RUNBOOK the related controls, directives and the tooling.
The RUNBOOK BPE is expected to define the roadmaps for his processes and initiate initiatives to deliver the roadmap
Together with the RUNBOOK BPO and the RUNBOOK Ops team, the RUNBOOK BPE will drive a number of process transformations; examples include MEC optimization, touchless close
The RUNBOOK BPE will drive continuous improvement and ensure that the processes remain compliant with the local / fiscal regulations
The RUNBOOK BPE will ensure that the right and adequate controls are embedded in his processes
Monitoring of operational performance
The RUNBOOK BPE will monitor the performance of the operations and execute oversight controls to ensure the right quality is delivered
The RUNBOOK BPE will drive process adherence and use the input to drive continuous improvement
The RUNBOOK BPE will set the KPIs for the sub processes, monitor performance and drive initiatives to ensure the KPIs are delivered
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree in Finance or equivalent.
6 -10 years of progressive work experience in area of finance.
4 -5 years of experience in Runbook preferred with version 4.11 and above
SAP knowledge (FI, CO module)
Project Management skills with positive result driven attitude
Highly developed analytical capabilities, with a strong business and customer sense.
Effective listening and communication skills, highly developed interpersonal skills.
Proactive and hands on attitude, goal oriented and perseverant.
Team oriented and process driven.
Fluent communication skills in English (both oral and written) is required.
