We’ve been doing this since 2003 and have a great track record of success – and we’re willing to show you what we’ve learned!Position Overview: Reporting to the management team, the Sales & Marketing Assistant will focus on helping the Sales Staff generate a high volume of patient referrals from referring offices. This position requires the candidate to possess effective communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and lots of commons sense. Ideally the candidate will have some knowledge of the medical industry, however strong knowledge in adjacent industries will be beneficial.The territory to be serviced is widely open and can cover up to 150 physician offices.Position Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for building a network of referring physicians who can send patients requiring medical testing.The candidate will be expected to secure patient referrals through “face-to-face” marketing with physicians or corporate offices.Some events will take place after business hours, so a flexible schedule is necessary.Position Qualifications: High School graduate, GED & or University studies (medical or other) is highly recommended/advantageousExperience with and comfort in direct face-to-face marketing & sellingUnderstand how to market to physicians, and have contacts in this fieldHave a passion for marketing & salesEnjoy working in the field and know how to overcome objectionsCan work independently and is comfortable in setting own hours.Be empathetic, understanding, and a good listenerHave an appetite to earn a competitive salary based on performanceBe professional, experienced and presentableThis is a unique opportunity to join a great company.
