Position : Sales Representative/Consultant
Job Description : Energetic Sales Rep needed for our company in Downtown Anchorage, Alaska to support our team, interact with clients and vendors, and facilitate orders/projects from start to delivery. The right person will:Develop and maintain a strong rapport with our clients and vendors; proactive and responsive; strong follow-through to ensure client satisfaction.Perform accurate data entry of customer info, purchase orders, quotes into the system; comfort level with website search features, and learning new technology. Understand products and projects in terms of quantities and specs, quotations, production timelines, and shipping.Respond to customers’ requests for pricing, availability, and product uses and creative ideas, and samples.Prepare quotations according to client specifications. Coordinate order flow with production and secure the best ship method to meet client due dates.
