Job Description : Summary: Warehouse SAP Enterprise/ EWM Professional will be responsible for the design, training, configuration, testing and supporting the pre/post implementation of the SAP/EWM Warehouse Solutions in conjunction with multiple customers. Must possess a broad understanding of general warehouse operations, best practices and business processes. Individual Leads the Pre/Post Go Live effort directly for customers locally and globally in support of process harmonization and cost reduction. Must possess the communication skills to translate technical into operational terminology in order to teach, explain, and promote the next generation of solutions.Communication with all levels in an effective simple manner to promote opportunities within the business.The leading and running of multiple projects concurrently and setting priorities upon the multiple tasks faced dailyEssential Duties and Responsibilities: · Deliver detailed warehouse specifications, processes and best practices for the implementation of change.· Areas of concentration will be receiving, put away, order management, shipping, kitting, inventory control, picking and light production.· Assist customer with application design, setup, testing and training.· Advise customers/Peers on best practices in the areas of warehouse setup, receiving, storage and shipping.· Ability to setup data for testing of the new solutions or changes as cascaded due to changes in other disciplines.· Be the main point of contact for key customers and data collection.· Work and communicate effectively with staff members and executives at all levels within customer organizations· Assume role of Trusted Advisor to customers, internal and external, and be comfortable as primary contact to provide product information and best practice solutions.· Communicate suggested enhancements to development team.· Be a change agent in all areas of impact.· Install and test customer approved enhancements made to the base application.· Troubleshoot and address reported issues from Customers.· Utilize the Internal trouble shooting tools to diagnose, define and resolve system issues in both application and hardware areas· Customer requests and running daily/ monthly warehouse metricsEducation and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in supply chain related discipline is preferred or relevant work experience.· Warehouse operational experience desirable· Working knowledge of an ERP/ SAP/ EWM supply chain or warehouse management software solution desirable.Jon Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Based in Orlando, FL· Good written and verbal communication skills· Excellent presentation skills (Web Demo experience desirable)· Self-motivated with ability to work on multiple projects independentlyWork RemotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $30.00 – $60.00 per hourBenefits:401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are required to wear a mask in the building and the building is sanitized throughout the day.Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location
