Position : Security Assistant Specialist, Badging Administration

Description:This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
The Security Assistant Specialist, Badging Administration will perform routine duties in an industrial security office in Littleton, CO.
Responsibilities include:
– Obtain security clearance on employees, control employee identification cards and records, maintain lock and key records, and arrange visit authorizations for employees and others to gain access to restricted areas. – May interview employees to verify accuracy of data and complete personnel security questionnaires and related documents, verifies proper level of access to be granted individuals, and contacts other companies or government agencies to follow up clearance or visit authorization requests.
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge of facility security.
Experience with customer service and interacting with stakeholders.
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
Desired Skills:
DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance
Experience with public speaking, providing briefings and associated training to large groups.Prior PP&ES (plant protection and emergency services) experience or other facilities security experience.
Industrial Security practices
Prior military and/or law enforcement experience.
