Position : Service Coordinator
Job Description : General Job DescriptionThe Service Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for coordinating process and procedures within the service department and to provide a high level of customer service while assisting service technicians with the daily operations.Main Objectives of a Service Coordinator · Manage daily and weekly reports due to service calls and orders.· Organize emails, phone calls, and all correspondence regarding service calls· Work a minimum of 40 hours a weekResponsibilities· Schedule out technicians daily using Service Management and SSO platforms· Create work orders in the Service Management system, prints work order previews and place into Service Technician communication file.· Onboard new customers in our customer management system.· Coordinate contracts and service agreements.· Responsible for maintaining tracking systems from contract agreement to project finish.· Secure purchase orders through Service Management or Project Management systems as needed.· Order materials within purchase order system.· Create and disperse invoices after work completion through customer’s choice of method.· Approve all invoices within concur and service management systems.· Maintain on call schedule for technicians.ReportingThe Service Coordinator reports to the Service ManagerSupervisory RequirementsThe Service Coordinator does not have any direct supervisory responsibilitiesQualifications: Minimum High school diploma3 plus years of industry experience or a related customer service experience requiredPrevious administrative experience preferredProficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsHigh quality organizational skillsThe ability to work well under deadlines and to multitaskFamiliarity with programs such as Pipedrive, Sage, Concour is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Fort Worth, TX 76137: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):How many years of experience do you have in a customer service environment?Education:High school or equivalent (Required)Language:English (Required)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
