Job Description : We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team.As a Social Media Coordinator, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers as well as promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic, social audience, and customer engagement metrics, aligned with broader marketing strategies.Responsibilities-Create engaging text/image/video content- Ability to design posts, that will create buzz and curiosity around new/current products-Research audience preferences and discover current trends- Ability to define important social media KPIs- Oversee social media accounts’ layout- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels- Measure and monitor traffic across all social platforms- Facilitate online conversations with customers- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop an optimal post schedule, considering customer behavior and engagement metrics- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategiesQualifications + Skills- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or a similar role- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)- Familiarity with Social Media Management Tool (ex.
