Position : Social Media Marketing Manager
Job Description : We are looking for a self-motivated, creative, deadline-driven individual to join our team as a social media and marketing manager. The social media and marketing manager will be responsible for managing marketing and sales campaigns as well as measuring the effectiveness of those campaigns. Campaigns to manage will include Instagram, Facebook, physical flyers, MailChimp newsletters, Google My Business, informational brochures, and more. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and motivated with excellent communication and leadership skills.At Tame Dog Training, we specialize in fully functional off-leash dog training. We teach dogs to obey, sit and lay down, ignore distractions, and to come to their owners when called. Through a variety of tools and training methods, we create healthy human-to-dog relationships that decrease frustration and enhances the owner’s enjoyment of their dog.Job Responsibilities: Social Media- Write and post original content to social media including Instagram and Facebook- Respond to social media messages promptly and professionally- Independently coordinate amongst team members to acquire photos for social media- Design, develop, and manage monthly, yearly, and project-specific marketing plans- Maintain MailChimp account for newslettersWriting- Write and design monthly newsletters for separate target markets- Develop and manage press releasesAdvertising- Design retargeting banners- Design, plan, and coordinate monthly advertising projects- Develop themes for advertising and marketing campaigns- Manage google ads and google my business listing- Manage and design posts for google my business to enhance SEO- Manage and suggest seasonal changes and updates to websiteAnalytics- Measure effectiveness of ad campaigns- Implement tools to data mine market information- Design and develop original, meaningful analytics reports and make educated, data driven suggestions to improve revenue- Measure ROI on various marketing and advertising methods- Present monthly reports on analytics effectivenessOther- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as neededPersonal Attributes- Set goals and deadlines then meet or exceed set goals and deadlines through self-motivation- Highly creative- Excellent writing skills including creative and persuasive writing- Logical, rational, and analytical thought processes- Strong work ethic- Able to work both independently and with a team- Able to manage stress well and stay focusedExperience with any of the following preferred:- Google SEO- Google My Business- Facebook- Instagram- Tik Tok- Youtube- Photoshop/Lightroom- Mail Chimp- WordPress/Elementor- ShopifyJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:NoAbility to commute/relocate:McKinney, TX 75071: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
