You’re equally brilliant at designing social posts and coming up with captivating ideas, and you’re comfortable pitching concepts to clients
You’re a doer. You understand the algorithms, stay up to date with new features, and can execute across the social calendar
You’re extremely organized and can monitor multiple social media platforms concurrently (seriously, a must)

You have excellent copywriting skills with adaptable style and voice across different channels/communities
What You’ll be Doing
Organic social media account management. This includes creating content calendars, scheduling content in advance with our aggregator, daily monitoring of accounts, reviewing and responding to comments and other interactions, optimizing page details, ensuring listing information accuracy, etc.
Manage paid social campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
Design and build high-engaging social graphics and content to support the campaigns
Track, monitor, and optimize campaign performance against critical metrics
Monitor budget pacing across campaigns and manage budget reallocations to ensure no overspending occurs
Identify campaign-level opportunities to improve or scale performance and communicate changes and performance regularly
Continuously optimize campaigns to meet and exceed short-term and long-term goals
Build audiences based on demographic and contextual targeting
Build and optimize Yelp campaigns and optimize and audit Yelp profiles to ensure all listings are accurate. Our in-house Yelp expert (training provided)
Ensure brand consistency through collaboration with clients and other departments (content, web, design, sales, etc.)
Provide the account management team with opportunities for clients who are not currently on Yelp or using social media marketing in their digital marketing strategy.
Manage our internal social media efforts for all of the Rocket brands
What to Bring
We’re looking for someone with proven experience (i.e., in-house brand, agency, or independent social influencer account) in utilizing social media and platform activation to drive business goals. You’ll need to bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mentality to the role.
Must have’s:
1-3 years managing paid social campaigns
DEEP knowledge of & mastery of social platforms (i.e., Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with necessary tools
Experience in setting up, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns
Experience creating and leading a content calendar
Experience with social media management tools, such as Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation experience.
Ability to work cooperatively with peers, managers, and other organizations.
Proven ability to work under pressure.
Problem solver who takes initiative to get things done; an enthusiastic go-getter!
