Our goal is to provide our clients with the best opportunity for long term sobriety.Job Details/Qualifications: 1. Responsible for collaborating with other members of the team to insure potential referrals and calls are proactivity responded to, triaged and assessed for admission.2. Conduct a thorough clinical, social, functional and financial assessment to assist in triaging the client to the most appropriate level of care.3. Conduct initial assessment of client problems and needs and reports to clinical team in order to initiate treatment planning. Enters all pertinent information into the EMR system.4. Prioritize client needs and issues related to patient orientation.5. Knowledge of the agency’s policies, procedures, contracts/memorandum of agreements and program activities.6. Upon initial contact, provide information to clients and families in order to help them decide about treatment, prepare for admission, and what they can expect to encounter.7. Share pertinent information with team as obtained from clients or families.8. Maintain a professional demeanor both on the telephone and in person.9. Maintain confidentiality pertaining to clients and families.Requirements: · High School Diploma· A minimum of 1 year experience in the related field.· Admissions and Intake experience· Knowledge of chemical dependency and behaviors associated with withdrawals and the recovery process.8am- 5pm including weekendsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
