Job Description : Supervisors needed at our popular Shave Ice Company: our new shop in Lahaina, across from the Banyan Tree AND at our Paia location. Maui, HI.This position is responsible to ensure all employees maintain the highest standard of product quality, customer service, sanitation, cleanliness and food safety. Also maintains security and integrity of all transactions.Ululani’s is known for the best shave ice in the WORLD. We are currently looking for the right person who has a positive attitude and values, and can uphold our standards of exemplary customer service through example and holding high expectations with staff. If you can bring great job performance, have the ability to encourage and inspire others and build a cohesive and productive team and are looking for a position where you can excel and grow both personally and professionally, please apply.Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Act to develop high performance standards with all store staff using daily coaching, counseling and feedback. Document any personnel matters in a confidential manner to managers and human resources. Have reliable and consistent personal performance standards and interactions with all staff members and guests.Schedule can be somewhat flexible but you must be available to work weekends as needed.Preferred experience of 2 – 3 years in the food and beverage industry in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, customer oriented environment. Must have 2 – 4 years of supervisory or greater applicable experience.More than competitive pay plus AMAZING tip earning potential. Final rate offered will be based on relevant experience.
