Job Description : Our company is looking for qualified title clerk/office assistant to help our business grow!Responsibilities:Processing of dealership related documents. Verify the ACV and costs associated with vehicle reconditioning and input them into the dealership accounting system.Keep existing inventory receipts and in-house titles organized and accessible daily.Processing of DMV registrations and title work, including mailing required documents to DMV and preparing weekly bundle reportsMailing of applicable forms to customers and preparing pay-offs to banks.Communicating with customer’s to obtain information needed to procure registrations.Properly represent the dealership when communicating to customers and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.Mailing of dealership payments (utilities/vendors/etc.)Completing end-of-month accounting requirements as assigned by supervisor.Data entry and online assistance to the sales team.Requirements:A friendly and courteous attitude when communicating with fellow team members and customers. Honestly and trustworthiness. We are looking for a “career-oriented” individual and will give the chance to progress within the company.Reliable transportation.Must be highly organized and detail oriented.Automotive Title Clerk experience preferred.Experience with online DMV preferred.Accounting background preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health InsurancePaid Time OffSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Title Clerk: 1 year (Required)Work Location:One locationTypical start time:9AMTypical end time:5PMBenefit Conditions:Waiting period may applyWork Remotely:No
