Job Description : Team Lead Corporate Accounting Roles and Responsibilities: Looking for an experienced Corporate accountant with 9+years of relevant experience to join our Offshore finance/accounting team to manage and perform various corporate functions including: Ownership of the accounting, reconciliations, disclosures, and review of the firms? Global lease portfolio Reconciliation of various financial statement accounts, specifically prepaid assets, and fixed assets Responsible for the management of the Accounts Receivable activity for subtenants of the firms lease portfolio and effectively recording updates in the Accounts Receivable Module in PeopleSoft. Updating, reconciling and reviewing the accrual for open facilities purchase orders. Updating and review of monthly Work in Progress Aging schedule and Expense Trend for Depreciation and Amortization Preparation of financial disclosures including interest paid, equity rollforward, intercompany elimination schedule for derivatives, etc. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all key controls through the maintaining and review of supporting schedules and reconciliations
