Job Description : Clinical & Administrative DutiesGreets patients and other visitors, checks in patients, answers and routes calls to appropriate staff.Strong organizational skills while coordinating the daily workflow.Able to complete tasks with little or no supervision.Maintains all patient communication needs including scheduling, rescheduling, and appointment reminders.Prepares patients for procedures.Assists Providers during the procedures.Obtains and verifies patient insurance information, to include pre-authorizations for services…Assembles new patient charts, maintains and files existing patient charts, and spot checks charts for data completeness and signatures.Coordinates with leadership to maximize daily procedure volumes.Maintains office and medical supplies as directed.Performs other duties as required.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
