As we continue to grow our business by providing excellent customer service, we focus on mass customization and customer intimacy with a driving belief that “Relationships Matter.”We are currently looking for a Warehouse / Fulfillment Lead to help execute day to day operations across all facets of warehousing and fulfillment for the aftermarket RV parts distribution division of our Denver, CO Branch. Areas of responsibility include receiving, warehousing, pulling, packing and shipping of product. This person will set a strong example for the team by exhibiting an ownership mentality and a commitment to consistently meeting customer fulfillment expectations. This is a hands-on, front-line role and the Warehouse / Fulfillment Lead will be responsible for personally completing tasks in all of the areas listed above.The ideal candidate is hungry, looking to grow their career and shares our core values of prioritizing relationships, taking ownership, being positive and getting results. In addition to these benefits, you will have career growth opportunities and on the job training.Compensation is $22 – $24 per hour.General Job Duties / ResponsibilitiesLead the warehouse team in the completion of daily goals related to receiving, put away, order pulling, packing, outbound staging and shippingDevelop and maintain expertise in all processes and procedures related to the functions above and ensure adherence by all team membersResponsible for team performance in meeting all expectations related to receiving timeliness, inventory accuracy and outbound shipping SLAsConduct stand-up meetings with warehouse team to ensure alignment against goalsEnsure warehousing and fulfillment documentation is completed in full and routed accordinglyBe the point of contact for all internal RV warehousing and fulfilment inquiries, providing direction to help resolve all issues in a timely mannerPartner with Branch Management to maximize productivity, customer satisfaction, retention and good team morale, including advocating for the procurement of needed tools and resourcesDevelop expert level product knowledge to maximize personal effectiveness as a Team LeadTake an active role in completing Cycle Counts and maintaining accurate inventoryMaintain a strong understanding of Colorado Branch operations in order to effectively support teammates and customersGenerate and promote a team culture of ownership and hustleComplete special projects as neededRequirements3+ years of experience in a full-time operations, warehouse or distribution position a plusProven experience in building a team and bringing them togetherConstruction / Building Materials / RV/ Retail experience a plusOutgoing relationship builder who quickly and easily connects with peopleExcellent communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite; become proficient with our WMS systemStrong work ethic with a desire to leave things better than you found themEagerness to grow professionally and take on new challengesSolution oriented with a positive, can-do attitudeBe accountable and promote accountabilityJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Warehouse experience: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
