Role Description
Role Description: System Administrator
This role is an exciting opportunity for a high energy, enterprising individual to join a high caliber team in shaping and scaling the career in IT Infrastructure, Batch processing and MFT using different tools (Active Batch, MoveIT, Goanywhere and Secure SFTP). An opportunity also to work with well-known clients where we have existing relationships. Great opportunity to work with Incedo customers to help them make the most of their digital/cloud transformation journey.
Role and responsibilities
Extensive working experience on Batch Processing and MFT tools.
Experience in setting up Batch Processing Schedular and Agent machines.
Monitoring and handling the Scheduled Job failures.
Setting up the new FTP Jobs and monitor in Goanywhere environment.
Performance troubleshooting and capacity planning when have more jobs to configure
Handling Vendor file processing in Active batch and Goanywhere environment
Work Experience in any kind of batch processing and MFT Tools.
Work Experience to handle the change process and maintenance window.
Handle Migration activities between different MFT and Batch processing tools.
Responsible for handling Production Support and Project activities.
Responsible to Handle the Active batch windows and Linux servers
Work along with Customer Project teams for future expansions & projects
Responsible for SLA’s & KPI’s day to day operations from Active Batch Environment
Responsible for Service Improvement plans and Continuous improvement plans
Responsible for Documentation, Left Shift of Operations, Automation & Other optimization / productivity
Technical skills requirements
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,
Provide support to Monitor and administrate the Batch jobs. •
Should have knowledge about Active batch V9, V10, V12 & Control M,Autosys.
Knowledge or hands-on in Active batch, Scripting and understanding of SQL queries
Experience working with software installation/upgrading procedures.
Experience or Knowledge in Active batch Schedular installation and import export the jobs.
Knowledge of Batch Job deployment in Active batch environment
Knowledge and Experience in MFT Technologies and Goanywhere Administration
Knowledge in Windows and Linux servers.
Nice-to-have skills
Engineering or equivalent Graduate Degree
ITIL Certification
Training or Certification in Batch Processing and MFT tool.
AWS Practitioner / AWS Solution Architect Associate Certified /Azure
Qualifications
3-5 years of total experience,
Any graduate from a renowned university
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills
Ability to adapt to any new technical environment with minimal knowledge transfer efforts
