Position : Accounts Receivable Executive

Job Description : Reporting to the Global Credit & Customer Data Manager and part of the Nuance India Order to Cash Group. Responsible for resolution and collections of delinquent client accounts using verbal and written communications with the client, sales, Accounts Receivable Supervisor, accounting assistants, and collections teams. This position is also responsible for the coordination of all cash receipts with the accounting assistants. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Generating invoices and account statements
Performing account reconciliations
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Good knowledge of customers and market specifics
Excellent Oracle Navigation
Knowledge of supporting Global Customer
Generating ideas for issue resolution and service improvement
Taking ownership for resolution, escalates where necessary
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
The Candidate
Master’s or bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
3+ years’ experience as a Collection / AR Analyst.
Strong Logical and Interpretation skill
Positive ‘can do’ attitude
Worked under an MNC
Working in Night Shift Mandatory (6 PM to 3 AM) and extended hours during month ends.
