Job Description : Job SummaryWe are looking for someone to work full time in an office setting to assist with administrative duties, the sales department, as well as provide customer service. Work is done primarily over email and phone.We are a commercial refrigeration company with approximately 45 employees located in Auburn, PA. We provide maintenance service and installation throughout the state and neighboring states. We also remanufacture and ship refrigerated supermarket equipment throughout the country and internationally. Having been in business for over 30 years, we have enjoyed steady growth since our founding. Please consider becoming part of our team!Responsibilities and DutiesCompetency in working with computers is necessary, especially Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel.) Knowledge of accounting software and business practices (billing, purchase order, etc.) are also valuable skills in this position. Time management skills are critical. Familiarity with working via email and good communication skills are a very important. Applicant must have excellent attention to detail.
