Job Description : AFC Business Office ManagerAdvanced Fertility Care is known for our high pregnancy success rates, cutting-edge technology, and warm, compassionate care for our patients. We offer the full array of fertility treatments, including insemination or intrauterine insemination (IUI) program (with partner or donor sperm), and assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures such as in-vitro fertilization (IVF), frozen embryo transfer procedure (FET), and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) and have helped hundreds of patients become parents.Our offices are located in Scottsdale (Shea & 101), Mesa (Alma School & 60) and Glendale (59th & Union Hills). This position is based at our Scottsdale Office but there will be occasional travel required between the offices.About the Job: Advanced Fertility Care is seeking a Business Office Manager responsible for performing business office functions including accounting, payroll, employee benefits administration, processing accounts payable, check deposits/banking errands, completing forms, ordering supplies, and other business office functions.This is a full-time (Monday through Friday) position. Our office is completely electronic. Candidates must be able to type quickly and accurately. Previous experience with EMR systems is required.Requirements: AA degree required, Bachelor’s degree is preferredPrevious Medical Office Management ExperienceAccounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuitePrior experience using EMR systems preferredExcellent time and people management skills with the ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize workSocial perceptiveness and excellent service orientationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsProficiency using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.2+ years’ experience and advanced Excel skills required.Must be willing to travel to other offices as neededResponsible for maintaining office HIPAA policiesSalary: $70-85,000.00 per yearCOVID-19 StatementIn an effort to protect our employees and our patients, we require of all employees to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
