You’ll model the Red Mountain Way each day as it’s the standard by which we measure ourselves, and it’s the essence of our company as we aspire to deliver only the best customer service every single day.Just the FactsThis is a full-time positionWe’re looking for someone who can work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 6:00 am to 4:00 pmFor this role, our pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour depending on customer service experienceAbout the RoleThe entire team works as the first point of contact for our patients and you’ll spend the majority of your day assisting patients over the phone. Our Customer Service Representatives have the ability to talk to patients for as long as they need – we value customer service over speed because we know that we are working to change the life of every patient we talk to. Doing what’s in the best interest of the patient is at the heart of what we do.You’ll become an expert on all of Red Mountain’s products and services. You’ll educate patients on our program options, answer questions about treatment plans, and research patient charts.
