Job Description : We are a legal cannabis cultivation facility located in Adelanto CA. We are hiring detail-oriented, hard-working Cannabis Trimmers! This position is responsible for hand trimming cannabis flower while complying with all current laws, and safety requirements. This person must be detail orientated with the ability to meet department and company goals quickly and efficiently.Duties Responsibilities: Responsible for the basic hand trimming of the cannabis flowerMeet production goal as communicated by department ManagerFollow state and local laws and safety standardsWork quickly and efficientlyTrim and weigh out flower accurately to prepare for packagingStrong work ethic with the ability to increase productivityMaintain a steady pace and qualityClean and sanitize work area and equipment dailySkills Requirements: Prior Trimming experienceExperienced in a fast-paced environmentIndustry experience preferredAbility to follow directions and perform job tasks in a consistent mannerMust be 21 or olderMust have a good attitude and work well in a team environmentAbility to sit or stand for 8 hours shiftJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
