Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6) International Spends Achieve Rs 9,300 cr of International spends in FY 18-19 Responsible for driving international spends thru interventions segmented programs, ATL offers, alliances, events etc.
, Identify relevant customer segment & triggers of international propensity and drive international spends from this segment Work closely with analytical, central marketing team on communication of the offers to the relevant customer segment International Active 30% Achieve International active 30% of 5% in FY 18-19 Identify international active segment and ensure sustained engagement thru interventions Identify international dormant segment and reactive the customers thru programs/offers Identify international NU segment but with propensity and activate international spends thru strategic long term & short term interventions.
Global Value Registrations Achieve global value of registrations of 50000 customers in FY 18-19 Identify new channels & process for global value registrations Responsible for driving global value registrations from relevant customer segments Communication of the offers to registered customers and drive higher international spends International events & Tieups Achieve 12 events and tieups on international portfolio in FY 18-19 Responsible for identifying the relevant merchant partners for alliances Tieup with the merchant partner for offers for HDFC Bank cards Responsible for identifying relevant international events Promote the international events and induce spends on HDFC Bank cards thru offers/alliances Compliance Achieve 100% compliance on International portfolio Responsible for process of declining transactions which are non-compliant like Overseas forex trading, cryto currency etc.
, Responsible for closing on cards which had violated the regulation Responsible for reporting of customers/cards who have done transactions violating the regulation Generate new Ideas and Innovative Models Generate & Implement innovative ideas for incremental spends/revenue for Credit Cards.
New Process/products which improves customer engagement.
