Job Description : Case Manager:Do you love helping patients and seeing them get well? Do you want to be a part of a fantastic professional team? Then we are the place for you. ViaMar Health is looking for a seasoned case manager for our Eating Disorders Treatment centers. We have all levels of care from Residential, PHP, and IOP. We treat both adults and adolescent patients with eating disorders and co-occurring substance issues.Opportunities for advancement will be available as the company grows.This position involves working hands on in a team environment providing support to our patients and existing clinical team. We are looking for someone who is able to develop a strong relationship with our clients to assist the clinical teams when patients are struggling. Additionally, working as a liaison between the clinical team and patient families or outside support system. Registered interns are welcome, with desire to excel, train and openness to feedback. Full time positions offer benefits 80 hours PTO annually and 6 holidays.Experienced clinicians are also welcome!
