Then this job is for you; come join our TEAM!Precious Fur Cat Sitting provides professional care for felines in the San Francisco Bay area. We are currently offering part-time employment with a flexible schedule, on-going training, and managerial support for client interfacing. Working with Precious Fur will provide you with:the opportunity to work with a wide variety of cats.the ability to earn some extra income while working around other work and school schedules. *You tell us when you’re available.*a chance to gain knowledge, experience and animal husbandry skills.someone to take care of client procurement and scheduling and those pesky payroll taxes.guaranteed backup from a stellar team.Compensation and benefits:All personnel are employees paid bi-weekly via direct depositPay starting at $16.00 per 30-minute sitRegular reimbursement to help offset cell phone costsReimbursable parking costs and mileageThe potential for client tipsWe are ONLY hiring if you:currently live in San Francisco.have reliable transportation (mass transit and bicycles can count) and a reliably working smart phone with functional camera.absolutely love animals (most especially cats).are available for at least a few hours most days.Are you interested? We would love to hear from you!What the job entails:Regularly communicating with the Precious Fur management team regarding scheduling and availabilityVisiting client homes to feed, change water, clean litter, brush, play with and snuggle our client’s cats for every visitOccasionally medicating cats following detailed instructionsMust be comfortable visiting someplace you have never been before (client’s home) finding their cat, food, water and litter based on instructions the client providesShould also be comfortable on camera- many of our clients have in-home security cameras for keeping an eye on their cat.Must be comfortable downloading and using apps, as that is how we assign you to clients and how you will send updates after visiting the kitties.Follow instructions exactly- the client will provide directions on how to take care of their cats or use their keysStopping by the office to pick up and drop off keys as neededPlease note that vaccinated sitters will qualify for more jobs as clients often request that only vaccinated sitters visit their homesWe will only respond to the most qualified applicants who complete our Employment Interest Survey (https://forms.gle/fjvnP8BHLu8WBYJU9) with the next steps in our hiring process.
